Sub-Resellers and Customers of WIPL would now be able to view all the Logins into their Control Panels. Sub-Resellers can also see all the Logins by their Company Users in their respective Control Panels. To access this facility, you have to follow the steps mentioned below:

For Customers

1. Login to your Control Panel. 1

2. In the Menu, point to Help and click Login History.

3. Here, specify the following parameters and click Search:

   • Login Date: You can specify the duration for which you need the Login History.

   • Ip Address: If you wish to view the Login History from somce specific IP Address(s), you can mention it/them here.

   • Order By: You can choose to display the Login History sorted by the Login Dateor Ip Address, through this option.

   Note

   If you click the Search button while leaving all the fields blank, Login History for the last 1 week will be displayed.

For Resellers

1. Login to your Control Panel. 2

2. In the Menu, point to Tools and click Login History.

3. Here, specify the following parameters and click Search:

   • Username (Email Address): You can select to either view your own Login History or any of your Company Users, by selecting the appropriate value from this drop-down menu. Select All Users to view your Login history as well as your Company User's.

   • Login Date: You can specify the duration for which you need the Login History.

   • Ip Address: If you wish to view the Login History from somce specific IP Address(s), you can mention it/them here.

   • Order By: You can choose to display the Login History sorted by the Username (Email Address), Login Dateor Ip Address, through this option.

   Note

   If you click the Search button while leaving all the fields blank, Login History for the last 1 week will be displayed.
